I just found your site today, and I am so happy I did, really nice recipes. As a European, I have not spent much time in the "south" but a few years ago I got the chance to see much of "it" the hospitality was spectacular, as the food, and ladies in stores, not more the 10 years older then I, called me honey. The poorest person I saw, living in a single wide, with fewer then average teeth, were much happier then the "rich" people where I am from. If you solve the mouse sized insect problem, I might join you.

Can this be used without a rack?

I live in the midwest I've never seen Tiger sauce. Is it hot? Why do you add baking soda? (news to me) looked crispy and juicy!! THANKS!! πŸ—πŸ—πŸ—πŸ—πŸ—πŸ—πŸ—πŸ—πŸŒΆπŸŒΆ

Love me some oven fried chicken. Love me some tiger sauce too. Also I make a honey sriracha sauce 50/50 mix on fried chicken n waffles. Now this will sound strange I had it at a diner and it’s good,,,,,,,Louisiana hot sauce and maple syrup it’s like a 1/4 cup syrup to 1cup of hot sauce. Now that is what they served with chic n waffles. Enjoyed your video. You cook about like I do. Keep on gettin your cook on! Thanks for sharing
